What's generally included?
Kitchen Cleaning
Stove cleaning, oven exterior; sanitising your bench-tops, wiping down cabinets and appliance exteriors.
Oven Cleaning
We clean the inside of your oven, including any trays and oven racks you have inside.
Bathrooms & Laundry
Sanitising of bathtubs, showers, shower screens, toilet, mirrors, taps and sinks.
Window Interior
Streak-free window interior, streaks and sills. We also provide services for the exterior of your windows.
All Bedrooms
Cleaning your bedroom space, inclusive of dusting, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors and emptying rubbish bins.
Living Room
Tidying living area, inclusive of wiping down beds and furniture, drying and wiping electronics anda cleaning floors.

No you don’t have to be home when the cleaners arrive. Our cleaners are professionals with decades of experience. They are appropriately vetted and we ensure customer satisfaction at all levels. Of course, you’re always welcome to stay (it is your house after all!).

This will depend entirely on the job at hand. Note that this will be incorporated into the quote you are provided, so there won’t be any unnecessary surprises around pricing!
At AMS, we understand that not all jobs are the same. In some instances, our clients preference is a more affordable, Standard clean. Whereas others require a more comprehensive, Deep clean. We provide the option for a Standard (traditional) cleaning service OR a Deep clean service.
